The Vols Have 3 BIG Problems To Fix Before Texas...

The Tennessee Vols are 2-0 and coming off a dominant 21-point win over Georgia Tech, but there are still three major things Josh Heupel's team needs to fix before facing Texas. Charlie Burris and Zach Ragan break down the biggest concerns from Tennessee's win, including the penalty issues, offensive line questions and the challenge waiting for the Vols' secondary against one of the most talented receiving groups in college football. BTA Sports, Better for Bettors: https://go.btasports.io/Tzu1/AtoZ The biggest concern? Penalties. Tennessee committed 13 penalties for 145 yards against Georgia Tech, creating unnecessary mistakes that could be the difference between winning and losing against elite SEC competition. The guys discuss why Tennessee has to clean up those mistakes immediately and why championship-level teams cannot consistently hurt themselves. The offensive line is another major storyline. Tennessee rushed for over 300 yards against Georgia Tech, but the guys believe the right side of the offensive line still needs to find its best combination before the Vols face Texas. With elite defensive linemen waiting on the other side, including players capable of changing games by themselves, Tennessee has to continue improving up front. Defensively, the biggest question is the secondary. Jim Knowles' defense looked strong against Georgia Tech, but Texas presents a completely different challenge with elite wide receivers and an offense capable of creating explosive plays. Charlie and Zach discuss how Tennessee can defend Texas quarterback Arch Manning, whether the Vols need to play more aggressively and why the secondary could decide the game. The guys also discuss Faizon Brandon's impressive performance against Georgia Tech, including how the freshman quarterback made huge plays despite not having his best statistical game. Tennessee looks like a team with a very high ceiling. But can the Vols clean up their mistakes before their biggest test of the season?
